Dianne Kelly Smith, DNP, PMHNP-BC, FNP-BC
Dianne Kelly Smith is the owner of Younetic Mental Health & Wellness and a board-certified psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner and family nurse practitioner.
She holds a Doctor of Nursing Practice degree and brings experience in inpatient psychiatric care, outpatient practice and telehealth. Her dual nurse practitioner background supports attention to both mental health concerns and the broader health history that can shape care.
At Younetic, Dianne provides psychiatric evaluations and medication management for adults. Visits offer time to discuss symptoms, treatment history, daily functioning and personal goals, with treatment decisions made collaboratively.
In-person care in Niceville and telehealth across five states
Our Niceville office serves adults in Northwest Florida, including Destin and Fort Walton Beach. Telehealth appointments are available to eligible adults located anywhere in Florida, Arizona, Colorado, Oregon or Washington at the time of their visit.
Dianne is licensed as a nurse practitioner in these five states. The appropriate visit format and treatment plan depend on each patient’s needs and applicable requirements.
